Data Processing Addendum

Purpose

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when WorkWise Studios processes personal data on behalf of customers in connection with the service. This DPA applies to the extent that WorkWise Studios processes personal data subject to applicable data protection laws.

Definitions

  "Controller" means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

  "Processor" means the entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.

  "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing Details

WorkWise Studios will process personal data only:

• •In accordance with documented instructions from the Controller
• •For the purposes set out in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• •In compliance with applicable data protection laws

Security Measures

WorkWise Studios implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

Sub-Processors

WorkWise Studios may engage sub-processors to assist in providing the service. We ensure that any sub-processor is bound by the same data protection obligations as WorkWise Studios.
